Ghostly goings-on at WGS
WGS will be once again delving into the 'spookier' side of its history in the latest event being organised to mark its 500th anniversary.
The WGS Ghost Walk taking place on Friday 2nd March, will take guests around some of the darker corners of the Compton Road site, to learn about some of the characters from the past 500 years - students, teachers and Headmasters who once walked the corridors of the school... and perhaps still do!
The Ghost Walk begins at 7.30pm on Friday 2nd March and is suitable for Junior and Senior school students (and even some brave parents).
This is the last time WGS will be hosting its infamous ghost walk, so if you don't want to miss out on seeing the darker side to WGS's history, book your tickets now.
Tickets, available from general office, cost £5 adults / £2 children. Ticket price includes refreshments. All proceeds from the event will go towards WGS's partner school, Lords Meade and other Ugandan charities.
So come along and join in the spirit of the occasion!
